Vanja Prosen is the marketing manager at the Courtyard by Marriott and an entrepreneur with more than seven years of experience in marketing. Throughout her career, she has worked in various marketing agencies, led teams, and served as a mentor on numerous projects, developing strong skills in strategy, branding, and communications.

For more than two years, she has successfully held the position of Marketing Manager at Courtyard by Marriott, where she is responsible for overall marketing, creative direction, and brand positioning. Prior to that, she gained significant managerial experience working as a manager at FK Borac Banja Luka, which further shaped her organizational and strategic approach to work.

As an entrepreneur, Vanja has been running her own marketing agency for three years, providing services in digital marketing, design, and strategic communications. Her ability to simultaneously manage an agency, a hotel, and various projects reflects her dedication, creativity, and continuous professional growth.
