
Danijela Matović
Danijela Matović is the owner and director of Parlok Consulting DOO Belgrade and one of the founders and managing partners at Strategic Investment Partners, an investment fund headquartered in Luxembourg.
Danijela has 18 years of experience in financial advisory services, primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments, and innovation. Throughout her extensive career, she has participated in more than 100 consulting projects, including company and intangible asset valuations, business plan development, financial projections, restructuring, and support in business transactions and investments across various industries.
Over the past several years, Danijela has taken part in some of the largest and most complex transactions in Serbia, including the sale of the technology company 3Lateral to the American company Epic Games.
She is actively engaged as a consultant and mentor on numerous projects related to innovation support and commercialization, including projects supported by the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
She began her professional career at the Economics Institute Belgrade, where she spent seven years and held the position of Director of Consulting before joining the team at EY Serbia. She spent a total of five years at EY Serbia, leading the regional mergers and acquisitions team.
Danijela graduated from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Economics, majoring in Finance, Banking and Insurance, where she also completed her master’s degree. She has passed Level I of the prestigious international CFA certification and has also completed all four levels of the international Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) program and is currently in the certification process for the ASA credential in business valuation.
