Welcome to the “Jahorina Economic Forum” – the leading regional event in the field of economics that has been gathering top experts, decision-makers, and business leaders since 2016. The organizer of the Forum is the professional association “Economic Forum” from Banja Luka – BiH, which holds the copyright to this event.
The “Jahorina Economic Forum” has evolved into a business event dedicated to analyzing and discussing key economic challenges and opportunities shaping our region. Organized with the support of top institutions, the Forum stands out as a key generator of ideas and recommendations for improving economic policies. 2016
The first "Jahorina Economic Forum 2016"
About 300 experts, domestic and foreign entrepreneurs participated.
2017
"Development opportunities of small economies"
About 400 participants, including high officials from BiH, the region, and the EU.
2018
"Regional cooperation as an important lever for economic development in Southeast European countries"
The third Jahorina Economic Forum gathered around 450 participants.
2019
"The economy of the new era - innovations, digitalization, and communication technologies"
The forum gathered around 550 participants. The emphasis was on the digital economy and the fourth industrial revolution.
2022
"Global economic challenges and opportunities"
The fifth JEF brought together around 500 participants, significant political, economic, and academic figures from the region.
2023
"Regional integrations and BiH / Berlin Process and / or Open Balkans"
The sixth Jahorina Economic Forum had more than 600 participants.
2024
"Long-term development directions"
The seventh Jahorina Economic Forum will be held from May 14th to 16th.
