Rastko Pavlović

Rastko Pavlović was born in 1973 in Kotor Varoš. He completed his secondary education at the Electrical Engineering School in Banja Luka. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Banja Luka, where he also earned a master’s degree in electrical engineering.

He began his professional career in 2001 at Mtel, in the Directorate for the Mobile Network. Starting in 2007, he held various positions, including Head of the Billing Service, then Head of the IT Department within the Mobile Network Directorate, and later Head of the Business Analytics Service in the Technical Directorate.

From 2017 to 2023, he served as Head of the Sector for Corporate Process Support. In August 2023, he was appointed Director of the Information Technology Function.

He has led strategic projects related to the implementation and enhancement of systems for billing, provisioning, data warehousing, and analytical CRM.

Between 2015 and 2016, he was the IT Project Manager for the establishment and launch of the MVNO operator m:tel Austria.

During his postgraduate studies, he published several scientific papers in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and received an award for the quality of his authored work at INFOFEST in Budva in 2008.
