Master ekonomije po struci, Nataša je 2019. pokrenula vinariju Alhemija.

Kao predstavnica nulte generacije vinara i vinogradara u svojoj porodici, ali i prva koja se otisnula u preduzetničke vode, Nataša Silađi hrabro gradi svoju biznis priču u djelatnosti i privrednoj grani koja je sve samo nije tipična.

Kao master ekonomije, kancelariju, klima uređaj i lap top zanijemila je fabrikom pod otvorenim nebom. Nakon bankarskog sektora, lučke, špediterske i putarske djelatnosti sebe je profilisala kao preduzenicu koja nije krenula od nule nego iz velikog minusa noseći te 2022. u naručju dvogodišnjeg sina.

Kao član sekcije za žensko preduzetništvo PKS predano radi na ideji da se žene ohrabre i osnaže, mentalno i ekononski kako bi iskoristile svoj pun potencijal.

Dobitnica nagrade za Privrednicu godine 2023. (Privredna komora Vojvodine), Finalista Cveta Uspeha za ženu zmaja (Udruženje poslovnih žena Srbije), finaliata “Blic” preduzetnica godine, jedna od pobjednica konkursa “100 uspješnih poslovnih žena” (Pošta Srbije), jedna od pobjednica Lidlovog konkursa “Snažne. Hrabre. Važne.”
