WORK EXPERIENCE

ZNL PRO d.o.o. East Sarajevo – ZNL PRO is engaged in the sale and service of digital scales, fiscal cash registers, and other measuring equipment. During my employment at this company from 2011 to 2012, I worked as the Sales Manager, and due to the absence of the director and owner of the company, I performed all managerial duties. Avon Cosmetics d.o.o. – Avon Cosmetics is a multinational company engaged in the production and sale of cosmetics, operating in more than 150 countries worldwide. In this company, I worked as the Sales Director for the Sarajevo area from 2011 to 2012, as one of ten sales directors for the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina. During that period, I had over 850 sales representatives in my team. During this time, I also received awards for my work from the company’s management. City of Trebinje – In the city administration of Trebinje, I was employed from 2014 to 2017 as an independent expert associate for agriculture within the Department of Economy. In that position, I was involved in the development of agriculture in the Trebinje area and participated in numerous international projects as a representative of the City. Agricultural Fund of the City of Trebinje – I have been employed at the Agricultural Fund of the City of Trebinje since 2017, serving as its director and being its founder. This institution was established by the City of Trebinje with the aim of providing more concrete support for the development of agriculture in Trebinje. Since its establishment, the Agricultural Fund has been recognized as a driver of development in this economic sector. Its greatest achievement is the establishment of the “Herzeg House” brand, through which products of local agricultural producers are marketed, the first such brand established in the Balkans, which has received global recognition and awards. In this institution, I oversee over 50 employees, and the economic and financial indicators show that the institution achieves significant results every year.
