The wine bar “Gallery of Art and Wine,” which she opened in 2003, became a gathering spot for lovers of music, art, and fine wine—a place where exhibitions, concerts, and excellent wine tastings were held.
Her thirst for wine knowledge led her to become a third-level sommelier, earn a diploma from the prestigious WSET wine school in London, and then attain the title of Weinakademiker in Austria. She organizes and leads the “Little Wine School” in Ljubljana, as well as numerous workshops and educational programs around the world. She is also a contributing expert and writer for magazines such as “Delo,” “Slovenske novice,” and “Pet zvezdic.”
For the past six years, she has been the director of the prestigious French culinary and gastronomic guide Gault&Millau Slovenia, and for the past four years, she has also been the director of the excellent Gault&Millau Serbia. She is dedicated to promoting fine culinary practices, elevating wine culture, and preserving tradition and indigenous flavors.
