Milorad "Miša" Pavićević was born on September 8, 1969, in Nikšić. After completing high school in Niš (1985-1989), he graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Geneva (1992 - 1996).

Export Manager at Lemania Energy SA, Geneva, for Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean countries (1996-2000).

Director at Finetti – Cream Line SA, Greece, for EX Yugoslavia (2000-2003).

Sales Director for EX YU at Chipita – Nestle Adriatic (2003-2005).

Director at Pompea Serbia for EX Yugoslavia (2005-2010).

Director at Helvax AG, Zurich, for EX YU (2010-2016).

Director and Partner at Elite Academy for Balkans (2016).

Elite Academy Balkans emerged as part of an Italian company for the Balkans in 2016, and since 2022, it has been preparing and implementing a specialized HR revolution program tailored to Balkan companies.

He is a lecturer in Serbian-Croatian, Italian, French, English, and Bulgarian languages.
