He completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics, University of Novi Sad. At the same faculty, he earned his master’s degree in 1997. In 2005, he earned a PhD from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, where he is employed as a full professor in the fields of insurance, preventive engineering, safety, and risk management at the undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels.

His bachelor’s thesis, master’s thesis, and doctoral dissertation were in the area of risk management and insurance. He is also a full professor in the field of biotechnical sciences, with a specialization in risk management, at EDUCONS University in Sremska Kamenica.

The renowned sommelier Mira Šemić began her intensive engagement with wines thirty-five years ago, and throughout her long career, she has visited all the leading wine regions of the world. She is known for the saying, “Without water, there is no life, but without wine, there is no joy of living.”

After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Banja Luka, Aleksandar Ljuboja continued his education at the Banking Academy in Frankfurt, where he specialized in banking management, and pursued postgraduate studies at London Metropolitan University, where he obtained a master’s degree in economics.

That’s why, in her work, whether through election campaigns or through the work of the Center, she builds leaders to resemble what they would like their bosses to be like, motivating them to develop their potential and create an environment tailored to human needs.

She is dedicated to developing innovative and creative models of rural tourism, as well as to exchanging ideas and initiating SMART solutions that contribute to the development of rural areas and the preservation of cultural heritage and destination authenticity.

As a prominent entrepreneur, Goran Račić has been serving as the President of the Regional Chamber of Commerce Banja Luka since 2013. This chamber is the largest within the chamber system of Republika Srpska, covering an area of 18 municipalities and 3 cities where approximately 60% of the total economic activity in RS takes place.

With 30 years of work experience in foreign trade in the oil industry in domestic and international environments, he has built a solid foundation for further professional development and the possibility of improving business results, increasing sales, and profitability in the field of crude oil and petroleum products. He spent the main part of his career in executive managerial positions in the oil industry.

Vojin Mitrović has extensive work experience in the industry, and at the beginning of his professional career, he worked at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad.

He served as the Minister of Labor and Veterans’ Protection in the mandates of two RS governments. Currently, he is engaged as the Minister in the Ministry of Energy and Mining in the Government of Republika Srpska.
