Verica Teofilović is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of “MK Group,” one of the most successful companies in the Adriatic region, with over 4,000 employees operating in banking, real estate, hospitality, agriculture, food production, and renewable energy.

She joined the Group after a 10-year career at the multinational conglomerate “Strauss Adriatic,” where she served as CFO. In this role, she led the finance and IT departments, was responsible for defining, implementing, and adapting the company’s strategy, and oversaw the application and improvement of the organization’s key values.

Verica began her professional career and development after graduating from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade at “Pepsi Cola,” where she made a significant contribution to the development of the finance team and the overall business during her 11 years there.

As a person focused on creating additional value and opportunities for the community in which she operates, Verica is a driving force and motivator who sees every challenge as an opportunity to leave a personal mark and contribute.
