She is an expert in the field of financial markets, the founder and director of the brokerage and dealer company "Monet broker" a.d. Banja Luka. By education, she is a graduate economist, and over the years she has acquired licenses as an investment manager, insurance broker, and internal auditor for banks and other financial institutions.

She gained experience by holding executive positions in companies from the capital markets and the investment fund industry, and she made a significant impact in the insurance sector and the money market. At the beginning of her career, she faced the challenges of the privatization process and the establishment of privatization investment funds, which ignited her desire to find innovative solutions in the procedures of corporate restructuring of the economy. Dragana believes that by thoroughly analyzing the business environment, one can detect future economic needs early and devise quality solutions. She finds it challenging to create new business models, and by implementing them, she pushes the boundaries for herself and her business partners. She believes that the path to success is the one less traveled, and that persistence and hard work always pay off.
