Tijana Arih
Tijana Arih is a political consultant, founder, and director of the Center for Political Empowerment – Poliskop in the Republic of Slovenia and the Western Balkans region.
She has developed an innovative, proprietary research method called the Polipop Method, through which she and her team conduct election campaigns for parties in Slovenia, Germany, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Austria, and all Western Balkan countries.
Regularly, she writes and publishes political analyses in the Western Balkans region and in recent years has been primarily involved in projects within the international organizations of the European Union.
Tijana sincerely believes that it is possible to awaken in a politically mature, environmentally conscious environment where people work responsibly and feel fulfilled.
She firmly believes that through good leaders and political programs that are close to the people, it is possible to engage people in politics more than they are currently interested. Therefore, in her work, whether through election campaigns or through the work of the Center, she builds leaders in the way they would like their bosses to be and motivates them to develop their potential and create an environment tailored to human needs.
Tijana Arih holds a degree in economics and is a specialist in business psychology and communication.
She gained experience working in companies where she was the director of corporate communications or a management consultant, as well as in public institutions.
She enjoys working in her native language and therefore gladly participates in any activity happening in the Western Balkans region.
