BIOGRAPHY

As a representative of the zero generation of winemakers and vine growers in her family, but also the first to venture into entrepreneurial waters, Nataša Silađi bravely builds her business story in an industry and economic sector that is anything but typical.

As a master of economics, she traded her office, air conditioning, and laptop for an open-air factory. After working in the banking sector, ports, freight forwarding, and road construction industries, she has positioned herself as an entrepreneur who didn’t start from zero but from a large deficit, carrying that burden into 2022 with her two-year-old son in her arms.

As a member of the section for women entrepreneurship at the Chamber of Commerce, she works diligently on the idea of empowering women mentally and economically to unleash their full potential.

Recipient of the Businesswoman of the Year award in 2023 (Chamber of Commerce of Vojvodina), Finalist for the Flower of Success for the Woman Dragon award (Association of Business Women of Serbia), finalist for the “Blic” Entrepreneur of the Year award, one of the winners of the “100 Successful Business Women” competition (Serbian Post), and one of the winners of Lidl’s “Strong. Brave. Important.” competition.
