
Cvetan Tripunovski
Cvetan Tripunovski is a Macedonian politician and agricultural engineer. He was born on September 18, 1980.
Tripunovski completed his higher education at the Faculty of Agriculture in Skopje, where he earned the title of graduate agricultural engineer. His career began in 2005 as a junior associate in the Assembly of the City of Skopje, and from 2006 to 2008 he served as the director of the State Phytosanitary Laboratory.
From 2008 to 2011, Tripunovski was a member of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia. In 2012, he joined the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy as a state advisor, a position he held until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, he was the director of the State Agricultural Inspectorate, where he oversaw inspections in agriculture, rural development, fisheries, and aquaculture.
In 2017, Tripunovski returned to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy as a state advisor, where he remained until 2019. In 2020, he was appointed as Additional Deputy Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy, a position he held again in 2024. In 2022, Tripunovski also worked as an advisor at the Public Enterprise “Parks and Greenery.”
Tripunovski is a member of VMRO-DPMNE, where he worked on various projects and initiatives from 2023 to 2024. Throughout his career, he participated in numerous international study visits through the EU TAIEX instrument (2012–2017) and in seminars and trainings organized by IRI, NDI, and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
