Goran Babić

Goran Babić, President of the Management Board of NLB Banka a.d. Banja Luka, has more than two decades of experience in the banking and legal sectors. He holds a law degree and began his career in the institutions of Republika Srpska, after which he continued his professional development in the banking sector, where he held a number of senior positions in legal affairs, compliance, risk management, and corporate and public client business.

After many years of legal practice and working with domestic and international clients, he joined NLB Banka a.d. Banja Luka in 2021 as a member of the Management Board, and in July of the same year assumed the position of President of the Management Board.

Through his experience, he integrates regulatory, legal, and business management, with a focus on stable growth, responsible banking, and strategic development within the NLB Group.
